Potenza Picena Church of the Capuchin Monks
The Church of the Capuchin Monks is located near the cemetery in a lovely position. It took four years to build, starting in 1653, thanks to donations made by the citizens. The church, dedicated to Saint Lawrence the Martyr, houses some important art works such as the well-known “Deposition” by De Magistris (1576) and the “Holy Family with the infant St. John the Baptist,” attributed to the Tuscan, Santi di Tito, as well as other works from the 17th and 18th centuries.
